The first 2 weeks of January 2024 are officially behind us! And in these first 2 weeks, I have had 2 offers accepted, listed 3 new homes for sale and spoken to lots of potential buyers & sellers. Now, my website might say 'Jeremy sells VB' but as you may have already noticed, I am all over Hampton Roads! As a Realtor for over 15 years, I have spanned every corner of South East VA and have listings in multiple towns. One of the buyers I am working with is under contract on a new construction home in Poquoson, another in Norfolk and I have listings in Suffolk and Hampton as well as Norfolk and Chesapeake. So, while I live and work in VB, my territory extends all around Coastal VA. It's one of the best features of the job!
