In the summer, the mature trees provide excellent shade making your daily stroll all the more enjoyable. 

Located off the Blvd, Chesopeian Colony is close (but not right next to) to Lynnhaven Mall, Lowes and a Walmart. There is a Hobby Lobby, Big Lots and One Life Gym close by as well. Head right out of the neighborhood and you will see Alpha Music, a local staple in the rock music scene (my wife purchased her Fender there and speaks highly of the customer service she received) as well as a Kroger, Home Depot, Sams Club and Bonefish Grill. 

Yes, the unique thing about this neighborhood is when you are in it, the world is quiet and full of birds and nature. Once you leave it, you are immediately close to convenience & opportunity. The highway is about .75 miles away making work commutes easy
