Hello! We are in the last full week of July & new numbers will be coming out shortly. However, I can tell you, as a seasoned Realtor, this is very much a seller’s market. Homes are receiving multiple offers and buyers need to be very savvy with their offers. Be prepared to pay at or over list & the easier you make the process, the better. The days of asking for the moon & the stars are over. Write strong & keep it simple. As your Realtor, I will reach out to the seller’s agent & see what terms they are seeking so we can try and draft an offer that will get selected. I won’t sugarcoat it, it’s tough out there for buyers but it’s not impossible. We WILL get you a home you love!
