The dog days of Summer are HERE and so are stats from June. We are seeing less sales overall and this is due largely in part to higher than usual interest rates and reduced inventory. Those sellers who are actively listed are seeing multiple offers as buyers do not have a large selection to choose from. In addition, home values are at record highs, so sellers are able to get more for their homes than traditionally. It is an excellent time to sell. Especially for those seeking to reduce their rental portfolio, downsize or leave the area. 

A big question we get is 'if I sell, where will I go?'. And that is a very good question! The answer is, wherever you want to. There is low inventory, not no inventory. And since you are selling when home when values are peaking, you will be selling for a higher price than if you wait. Use that profit to purchase a home you prefer to live in.
