Much like the weather, the Spring Real Estate market in Hampton Roads heated up early! And I am not complaining about either! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and buyers are out looking for homes. Sellers are seeing great results & fairly quick sales. In the past, before the boom, it was not unusual for a home to be listed for 6 months to a year. Today, well kept homes in sought after areas are getting offers from day 1, while fixer-uppers and more dated homes are taking a month or so.
