This competitive market is driving buyers into neighborhoods that typically have seen longer market times. Many are older, remodeled homes in less popular neighborhoods. But just because they are less popular doesn't mean they aren't nice! Hampton Roads has seen huge changes and areas that previously didn't have grocery stores or cool restaurants nearby, do. Parks, gyms, walkable shopping areas and restaurants have been popping up, making often overlooked neighborhoods very appealing.
