Hello and hope you had a great weekend. My wife and I played the 'can we sit outside and relax game' with the weather and unfortunately, lost every time! If we went inside, the sun would shine, but once we stepped outside, the sky would open up & rain. That is just how it is sometimes in VB! We are one of those special places that can experience rain, snow, & sunshine all in the same day. And we wouldn't have it any other way!

Now that it's September, let's take a look at the August numbers. Active listings and inventory hit their highest numbers ytd however, are down when compared to August 2022. Home values are up, up, up making it a great time to list your home. Market conditions vary from neighborhood to neighborhood, but for the most part, every seller is seeing a boost in home value.
